Last Night

Last night was off the hook. Close to 50 people showed up to our apartment. To those who got the invite but didn't come, you seriously missed out. The jello shots were perfect! Cops came around 2 am (our stupid new neighbors decided we were being too loud), so we had to shut it down soon after. Selected pics will be posted on Facebook sometime soon. I say "selected" because there are a bunch of pics that are just not appropriate for posting. lol.

Well here we go, one last day of Winter break. I'll be watching the playoffs, doing laundry, and probably hitting up the gym. I'm gonna miss sleeping in... :'(

Naughty Gras

I feel like I already had a hangover but it was only 4 hours ago. Maybe I should go to sleep. Maybe I should try resetting my sleep schedule so I wake up when I should. Either way, I have to do something.

I want to go to the gym and work off this hangover. lol...

Spring '10

This always happens to me a week before school starts... I start to say to myself, "I really miss school. I can't wait for it to start." I find myself doing the same thing now that school is 8 days away. I still need to buy my books, parking pass, and maybe a few school supplies. I have a really cool schedule this semester... Basically my school week starts at 4pm on Mondays, and ends at 3pm on Thursdays... Sac State Winterline gets thrown in between somewhere there. No school at all on Fridays, something that I've wanted badly since I was at NVC during Fall '08.

Now that I have Fridays off, plus I don't start 'til late afternoon on Mondays, I figure I can work during those times since living in Sac isn't the cheapest thing in the world. I still don't know how I managed to live comfortably here in Sac without having a job. I just remember my last few months of the past two semesters at CSUS having barely any money in my bank account. I hope that doesn't happen again this semester since I hope to find a job. I've been searching the past 2 weeks for a job without luck. I'm think I'm gonna have to apply to a few more places. [sigh]

Sac State Winter Ensemble is also coming together. We have music ahead of time this year! Wooo! Haha, unlike last year where I remember the whole battery learning the last half of the show (drill and music), the week before NCBA champs (which was our only FULL show, lol). The battery is gonna be 7-3-5. I'm not sure about such a big snareline, but I guess we can all hang. The beats aren't too tough for me individually per se, but as a snareline, I'm hoping to be able to blend and play together since the book looks pretty beefy (battery-wise). I'm hoping that we don't fall behind this year and have a show by the beginning of March.

Man, I hope I get a job soon. Oh, and that song at the top on the right sidebar, I'm addicted to that song right now. I blame Michelle Phan.

Once again, I came down and it just didn't work out... I realize you're busy and we're really far apart, but I wish you had just told me in the first place instead.

finals week

I owned finals week.

I got an A in psyc 101... I thought I'd get a C, but I got the highest grade on the final, which brought it up.

As much as I disliked that class and my professor, I'm glad my suffering through finals week without sleep paid off.

The monkey is off my back.

Yup... I'm addicted.

Bad Night

Last night was just, crap. It was fun though. Well, It's my last day in SoCal. Time to get back to drumming, looking for work, and finishing my Psyc paper.

I figured out a New Year's Resolution.

Well, here's the brief backstory. Back in HS, I used to get complimented on the way I would dress to school. I used to care about how I dressed, when I went somewhere.

Something I've sort of remembered while I've been down here in Southern Cali is that I need to refocus the way I dress into a more professional AND older look. The way I present myself toward others is a big deal when it comes to making first impressions and daily social interaction.

So here it is, my 2010 New Year's Resolution...

I intend to:

Dress better... more professional... my overall look needs to reflect my ambitions, goals, and aspirations.

In other words, start acting my age...

Merry Christmas

I was talking to Dahlia about my personal stuff, and she asked me why I'm still not over her.

After sooo long, I still think about her. I should really be completely over all of it, but I'm not.

She must have hurt me pretty badly for me to still think about her...

Anyway, I want to go to Disneyland with my cousins tomorrow.
